Coaching Plans

I am able to offer a range of different coaching plans to suit your needs, either building you up for a specific event with a 12-16 week training program or a long term approach to overall fitness improvement with a monthly training program.


Monthly Training Programs

If you are looking for long term improvement in your fitness and race ability then a monthly training program is the way to go. We work together to target specific goals, working steadily towards them while building a solid grounding of fitness to ensure long term gains, not short a short term spike in fitness.

In order to make sure you get the most for what you are chasing, I offer 2 different coaching plans with a different level of support, working with Training Peaks (free online software tool) in order to get the most out of your training.

 

Silver - $100 per month

The silver level is great for the athlete looking for a more individual training program on a budget, or wanting to take a bit more control for themselves while still gaining a great level of support to ensure the right progression is made.

In the silver program I offer the following;

- Initial fitness test and setup of zones for training

- Training program written monthly and uploaded to Training Peaks

- Season plan targeting specific events

- Basic strength program to be completed off the bike

- Basic nutrition advice for training and racing

- 1x weekly email or phone call (athlete initiated)

Gold   - $150 per month

The gold program is designed for an athlete looking for a more detailed approach to their training, taking more data from your rides and changing your program regularly to ensure that you are never left without the perfect training regime, never to be over or under trained

In the gold program I offer the following;

- Initial fitness test and setup of zones for training

- Weekly data analysis of all rides

- Training program written weekly/fortnightly based upon needs

- Training program updated as often as needed to maintain a good training load

- Season plan targeting specific events

- Basic strength program to be completed off the bike

- Basic nutrition advice for training and racing

- Unlimited contact (athlete initiated)

Race Specific Training Program - $300

Do you have a specific event that you want to set a PB in, or beat one of your friends? Have you thought about tackling a longer distance but just don't know how to do it? Why not purchase a program specific for your event, taking the fitness that you already have and transforming yourself for the race, targeting specific challenged you will find in your event.

 

In this program I am able to offer the following;

- 12 week training program getting you ready to hit your target event in tip-top shape including on and off bike training sessions

- 1x hour long skills session (Perth based) in order to sharpen the skills you will be suing for the event

- Basic nutrition advice for training and racing

- Event strategy and advice discussion
